Commissions are not taken on a first come first serve basis. If a commission request is declined, we seek for your understanding. 3. Once an invoice has been sent, the payment must be submitted within 3 days. The commission will be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified. 4. All payments are to be upfront in AUD. — I. Sheridan Baker Art and Design take payments via PayPal, Stripe and/or bank transfer (this option is only available to Australian Residents)

1. Sheridan shall contact the client via email to report progress checks. — I. Sheridan can operate through social apps if you prefer, but please note that she will only use selected apps. — II. These apps include Twitter, Instagram, Discord and Facebook. 2. Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date. — I. Should the client maintain a non-communicative stand for more than 7 days, Sheridan has the right to proceed without the client's input, and may complete or terminate the project should there continue to be no response for 14 days. 3. Client must take into consideration that Sheridan may not respond immediately. — I. Please allow a response time of 1-3 working days. 4. The client will receive multiple sketches to make sure the direction that is requested is met. — I. Once the client accepts the sketch and I start working on the details, there will be no more changes made to the sketch. — II. If the client asks for a modification is needed after I have started detailing the commission, an extra fee will be charged. ​ 5. The client accepts that the estimated time to complete the commission I have provided is an estimate and that this waiting time may change due to my workload. ​ 6. Once I start working on the commission, it will be finished in within one to four weeks depending on the complexity of the commission. — I. (this does not include the time taken to do the modifications asked by the client). 7. Should the commission be a free piece offered by myself, you will not be able to make any changes to the artwork. — I. If you are unhappy with the artwork that has been provided for free and require changes, there will be a charge of $50 per itteration. — II. Free artworks will have a watermark on the artwork that can be removed for a price of $30AUD.

1. The project will be finished once the digital file is sent by e-mail to the client. — I. The client understands that I will no longer make any modifications to the final drawing as a part of this commission. — II. The commission will be closed 7 days after approval of the final deliverable. ​ 2. The emote, layout or drawing created in this commission is only for personal use in channels such as Twitch, Picarto, Discord, any social network, etc. — I. It is forbidden to use the commission for business purposes (such as merchandise) without my expressed permission. — II. Please contact me directly if you would like to use this commission for business purposes. 3. Client must properly identify 'Sheridan Baker Art & Design' as the creators of the commission. — I. This includes crediting @sheridanb_art in social media descriptions. 4. Sheridan reserves the right to display the commission in their portfolio unless confidentiality is requested for a certain period of time.
